Next week the ISTEN consortium will gather in Trieste to discuss the advancement of the project activities, in particular of the Transnational Cooperation Network – TCN.
The TCN is, together with the action plans the partner organisations are developing, one of the crucial tools through which the project aims to achieve its overall objective to create better conditions for efficient and integrated port-hinterland freight flows in the Adriatic-Ionian region.
Sharing the objectives and results achieved also in the framework of other Interreg projects, ISTEN partners are given the opportunity to learn from each others’ experiences and enhance their technical knowledge on innovative solutions for the improvement of intermodal connectivity.
During the first day Mr. Pierluigi Coppola, coordinator of the Thematic Steering Group 2 – Connecting the Region of the EU Strategy for the Adriatic-Ionian Region – EUSAIR is participating in the activities of the ISTEN TCN.
